Work Insights:
Client Needs: The client aimed to simplify hospital operations. Through user research, I identified pain points and proposed a dashboard to streamline patient care and clinic tasks.
UX Process: Analyzed workflows, conducted competitor research, mapped user flows, designed wireframes, applied Shadcn design system principles, prototyped interactions, and prepared developer handoff.
Integration: Ensured the dashboard supports doctors, nurses, and staff with intuitive navigation and clear data visualization.
Challenge: Simplified complex workflows (e.g., billing, scheduling) for Indian healthcare users, resolved with clear copy and efficient UI design.
