Empowering Real Estate Agents with Data-Driven Insights: A B2B Factsheet Tool

This freelance project addresses a critical challenge for real estate agents: the time-consuming process of gathering and presenting market data to clients. I led the UX design to create a professional tool that automates the generation of comprehensive, easy-to-understand "factsheets." My process focused on structuring complex property and market data into a clean, scannable format, enabling agents to advise their clients with confidence and improve their decision-making workflow.

My Contributions & Key Responsibilities:

• Conducted user research to understand agent workflows and pain points.

• Developed intuitive user flows and detailed wireframes.

• Crafted the high-fidelity UI design for the main application.

• Built interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.

• Designed the comprehensive super admin dashboard for system management.
